Our priority here at Wonderful Wraps is ensuring that you are completely satisfied with any items that you buy from us, and as such we will handle all exchange or refund requests on an individual basis, please contact us with details of your order and we will be more than happy to help.
We are happy to issue refunds or exchanges on items that are shipped back to us within 14 days of receipt, we also will expect you to contact Wonderful Wraps within these 14 days to obtain a returns form and code number.
We recommend that you send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible. Please note that if you return items from the same order in multiple shipments, you will be charged a return cost per shipment.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit as your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
Due to all cloaks being individually made there are no returns, unless faulty.
Please note that earrings are non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty. Any manufacturing faults after this time can be accepted if it falls within the supplier’s guarantee period. Please contact us for more details.
We do not issue refunds on sale pieces, made to order; cloaks & boleros (unless they are damaged).
All successfully returned items will be only credited to the account used to originally purchase the item(s), less any taxes or import duties incurred. Should items be faulty we will refund your return postage in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations.
We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit when being returned to us therefore we recommend you return your item(s) using special or recorded delivery.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for items won in our Giveaways.
Please seek to return items within 14 days of the date of your delivery. Returns outside these time frames may be accepted at the discretion of Wonderful Wraps, depending on the circumstances may only be refunded as a store credit. Please note that returns forms and code numbers requested after 14 days after dispatch will be granted at our discretion.
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged and we expect to be informed within 14 days of receiving the item. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item (instead of obtaining a refund), please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.
You have certain rights under the law. In England these include:
That any products you order through this Site will be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose, and will conform to any description given on this Site;
Certain remedies if a product is defective; and a right to cancel any order for a product within 14 working days commencing on the day after the date on which you receive it, and receive a full refund even if it is not defective (excludes Giveaways).
