Our priority here at Wonderful Wraps is ensuring that you are completely satisfied with any items that you buy from us, and as such we will handle all exchange or refund requests on an individual basis, please contact us with details of your order and we will be more than happy to help.
We are happy to issue refunds or exchanges on items that are shipped back to us within 14 days of receipt, but please note that in order to receive a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all the labels attached and in the original packaging.
Please note that earrings are non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty. Any manufacturing faults after this time can be accepted if it falls within the supplier’s guarantee period. Please contact us for more details.
All successfully returned items will be only credited to the account used to originally purchase the item(s), less any taxes or import duties incurred.
With exchanges, your new item(s) will be shipped to you as soon as we have them in stock and we have received the item(s) you are returning and any additional payment which may required.
We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit when being returned to us therefore we recommend you return your item(s) using special or recorded delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected by these statements.
